Today was another very good day. Judy was feeling good all day.
The Dr is very pleased with the results of the MRI, which showed that no further surgeries will be needed for Judy's recovery. It also showed that the space for the spinal cord is adequate for recovery. The Dr also mentioned going to oral pain control medication (longer lasting) next week. Judy is healing as prayed for by all and hoped for by medical staff...
Judy was able to enjoy sipping some water and juice this evening. She has been very thirsty and enjoys it very much.
Judy's spirits were very good today, and that is also encouraging for all of us. God is Good!

It is exciting to see the positive changes that are happening with Judy. God has answered prayers to have her come home, to be with her family and friends, and the positive changes in her physical condition. We certainly join you in celebrating the small and big victories you all accomplish each day.

Praise the Lord Almighty for the wonderful news of Judy's recovering steps! I am so happy for your family. I pray that we continue to see steps forward, small and steady if that is what it takes Judy! Please send my wishes to Judy, I want to visit her but want her to rest and enjoy the time with family and others that come to visit. ReplyDeleteThanks for keeping us up to date regarding Judy's progress. God's hand in recovery is evident and HE does get the praise. It appears that God, too, is helping all of you keep a positive attitude toward something none of you (or us) would want or even ask for. We will continue to pray to that end - strong positive spirit and continued healing progess. Just FYI, we are still in Chico, CA working at the YWAM training center as volunteers. It is great to be surrounded by energetic, Christ focussed youth (and all the older volunteers). Again, we much appreciate the time you spend on keeping the blog up to date.
